1931 Innovation-Water Tower Convert into Modern Apartment

It's awesome! This water tower converted by Zecc Architects. They converting 1932 water tower into the house in Soest, The Netherlands to a contemporary design with nine levels. As you might imagine, many of the issues included in this "housing renovation" is rare. According to I New Idea, the light was the main theme, the tower was only a few small windows. Solution? Insert the three-tier high window that lets light in without disturbing the appearance of mid-century tower. All rooms are circular and the relationship between them is ensured by the stairs. There's even a non-traditional terrace on the top level. This is an amazing project!!

Charming Apartment Scandinavian Style with Modern Decorations

This is one of the cozy apartment with scandinavian style. Look a duplex feature tall windows with deep niches, size of the apartment 92 suare meters (3,5 rooms) and a ceiling height of 3.15 meters. An apartment re-created kitchen and all bathroom equipment. Add an additional floor with large windows, a set of bricks and a separate entrance from the courtyard, and you can get an idea of how life in this house can be. On the ground floor (first picture) can be achieved in part by the stairs from the first floor of the kitchen, partly through its own entrance from the courtyard. small oak staircase takes you beyond the studio and a large bedroom. House bedrooms and a study is open to artists with salt and pepper beautiful picture.
